Megan Adams, the young singer from Stirling, Scotland, has become a hugely popular entertainer at 'A Night for Heroes' and the 'Grand Day Out Golf Day'. Megan shot to fame at the age of 10 as one of the five Poppy Girls, talented young singers and daughters of servicemen and women. The quintet came through auditions to appear in a charity concert at the Royal Albert Hall and launch the 2013 Poppy Appeal. The sole Scot, Megan again helped launch the 2014 Poppy Appeal with Scottish and GB tennis coach Judy Murray.
Megan released her first solo single. "Travellin' Soldier" which went to the top of the British & Irish Independent Hotdisc Chart - making her the youngest ever chart-topping act - and reached number 3 on the Hotdisc Top 40 Country Chart.
Her single is still played heavily throughout Europe on country music radio and was the third most popular song on the 2014 end of year chart.
Megan is a unique talent, the youngest daughter of a serving officer and her devotion to raising funds for our Armed Forces is well documented, for which we are most grateful.
